When you dream about what life could look like, what comes to mind? That can be your reality, but it takes time and perseverance. I want to help you move closer to what really lights you up. Work should be so much more than a paycheck.

Ryann Lofchie, former CEO and Owner of The Frontier Project, built a career and a company around an unwavering belief in human potential. With a dedication to creating environments where people can do their best work and helping leaders rise to the challenges of leadership, she guided organizations though cultural transformations and equipped them to navigate an increasingly complex world. In the process, she built a culture and a team at The Frontier Project that lived and breathed the ideas and practices she espoused to clients. A strong proponent of balance and holistic health, Ryann focused on building an organization that nurtured the whole person, one where employees felt safe to be who they truly were and inspired to take on new challenges that would lead to their personal development.

Ryann believes strongly in giving back. She coaches Executives and CEOs and mentors elementary school students. She is a passionate advocate for human rights issues, serves in leadership roles on non-profit boards, and derives great joy volunteering in the community. Ryann studied Philosophy and Psychology at the University of Illinois where she also earned her Master’s Degree in Human Resources and she received her M.B.A. from the University of Richmond. She is also a certified Integral yoga teacher and a certified life coach. In her downtime, you will find her devouring the latest books on brain science, mysticism, and social justice, and spending quality time outdoors with her two beautiful daughters.
